This page describes the refund and cancellation policy for online fee payments made to S.D. Girls Sr. Sec. School, Karnal.

All fee payments made online are final and non-refundable except in the following exceptional situations which will be considered by the school management on a case-by-case basis:

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact the school office with the payment receipt number and supporting proof. The school will investigate and may coordinate with the payment gateway (Razorpay) if necessary.

3. Processing time

Refund requests usually take 7–14 working days to process (depending on the bank and payment gateway). The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment source.
